Baked Bass in Milk Recipe for Largemouth Bass

Title: Baked Bass in Milk

Servings: 4
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 15
Cook Time: 30
Ingredients: 2 bass fillets
1 quart milk
1 sliced onion
salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Place fillets in a baking pan
add milk to cover fish
add onion to top of fish
salt and pepper to taste
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mintutes or until fully cooked
TA DA !!!!!
Other Notes: My grandparents used to take me to Maine, Thomas Pond, when I was a kid. We went bass fishing and caught our limit, 3 and 4 pounders, each time we went out in the boat. This recipe was always a favorite to remember.
