Caught my biggest bass ever from NJ waters, not 15 minutes after i got there. In a spot most anglers would just walk past.

Catching them underneath hair algae mats.

06/22/10 11:28 AM
Its funny how no one ever believes the size or weight of a fish even if you have pictures. Whats funnier is the people who say they are fisherman.

06/16/10 09:29 PM
The secret spot is not so secret anymore....I miss the cold and the prespawn.

06/14/10 11:06 AM
I just bought an abu garcia vendetta with a black maxx reel, at a decent price for both. and im not impressed. the reel backlashes with 14 lb flouro and the rod is a bit mushy for a mh action. Im still tuning it though.

06/14/10 10:52 AM
Pulling a black and red flake sinking minnow through the lilly pads in the morning is a productive technique.

06/12/10 08:26 PM
Lost my black Zara today after 5 years of service a few feet from the shore.

06/07/10 12:56 PM
Yum sinking minnow balck with red metalic flake, strike king worm in green and white did well at the squan they were not hitting top water. the snails in this lake are huge and there cray fish in the shallows.

06/01/10 10:05 AM
Zara spook and yum money hound have produced well.

05/10/10 10:17 PM
Zara spook, black shad...Black pro buzz with blue black grub, black and blue swim jig with chart. trailer have been producing for me especially the latter...being taken by multiple species.

04/26/10 06:44 PM
gulp sinking minnow chartreuse and pepper is lethal also...wacky

04/22/10 11:42 PM
Strike king stick worms work almost as good as the gycb. they look and move great in the water. and they r half the price

04/21/10 09:57 PM

04/21/10 11:11 AM

04/19/10 10:01 PM
I caught the big one on the golf course on a senko(cream and chartreuse) med action 7 foot triumph st croix-Quantumn code reel with 12 lb flouro carbon held up great.

04/18/10 05:39 PM
Zoom fat Albert grub in pumpkin green is lethal!!!!!!!!!

04/17/10 09:54 PM
On high pressure lakes the better time to catch fish is when its raining and windy with a slight chop on the water. Cooler water doenst hurt either.

04/02/10 05:33 PM
I think I caught the same fish I caught 2 weeks ago in the same spot..lol

03/31/10 07:09 PM
Topanemus, waters where very high after a full day of rain, caught a 4 lber by a downed tree..great fight even better than the 8 lber, caught on a shaky head jig with a zoom limited edition alabama craw trick worm on light tackle.

03/29/10 08:14 PM
Raining lightly today all day, hit the ponds and caught 4 total, all small. Caught on a pumpkin green big show worm on a shaky head jig and a robo floating worm on a 1/0 hook texas rigged.

03/28/10 10:27 PM
I caught a small one today in the rain and chilly weather in my ususal spot on 33 with my go to jig..

03/27/10 05:19 PM
Black and blue swim jig, 20# fireline smoke, no leader, shallows by drain pipe, 8 lber its was pretty chilly out.

03/25/10 04:51 PM
Swim jig blue and red with a blue twin tail trailer casting into the wall, windy with a slight chop on the water produced a 5 lber and 2 smaller bass.

03/21/10 07:51 PM
6 fish today, all from the ponds by my house, all caught on senkos wacky rigged, caught 1 doodling off a branch. Missed 1 3 lber in shallows with a swim jig near where i caught one the other morning(i didnt set the hook hard enough) fished 3 hours in the am and 1 in the pm

03/18/10 10:51 PM
Went back out with Owen & saw lots of bass by the shoreline, I caught 1 small one on a chartruese & cream senko, got a strike while yo yo-ing off a branch lost about 3 lures but Owen caught 2 above average sized bluegills.

03/18/10 11:10 AM
Yet again chartreuse produced when a senko, and swim jig failed. I went back to a spot i had fished earlier and hit the shore line with a spinner and caught a nice 3 and a half pounder.

03/16/10 07:04 PM
Hit the pond today and a green watermelon flake rage craw and orange colored yamasenko produced. Each one caught one, I also used mega strike for the 2nd time.

03/10/10 07:49 PM
