gutted and cleaned trout 1 cup diced fruit (Pineapple works good but can use any fruit) butter 1 tablespoon Grillmates salmon seasoning (any seasonings to taste)
Directions:
lay out a long piece of aluminum foil on a table. coat foil with butter in center where trout will be placed. lay trout on foil and stuff with fruit. season top side of fish. fold up foil to make a pouch and you have trout that can be cooked anywhere.
